This Privacy Policy explains how Clarity Health Hub handles personal data when you buy The Longevity Clarity System, receive The Longevity Clarity Workbook, or use the Clarity Health Hub companion app.

Who we are

Clarity Health Hub, contactable at info@clarityhealthhub.org, is the controller of the personal data described here.

Data we collect

Order data (name, email address, billing country, purchase amount and order number) processed through our payment and order provider; account data (email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider); and the health-related information you choose to enter in the app, such as lab markers, wearable metrics, supplements, experiments and notes.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase and app access, to operate and secure your account, to provide customer support, to comply with legal and accounting obligations, and to measure the performance of our advertising in aggregate form.

Legal bases

Performance of the contract (delivery and app access), legal obligation (tax and consumer law records), consent (marketing measurement and any optional communications), and legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention).

Your health data

The information you enter in the app belongs to you. It is stored to give you access to your own records, is never sold, and is not used to make clinical decisions about you.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Shopify (orders and checkout), Stripe (subscription payments), our email delivery provider, our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), and Meta (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API). They act on our instructions and under contract.

Retention

Order and consent records are kept for the period required by tax and consumer law. Account and app content are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@clarityhealthhub.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and measurement

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and checkout. With your consent where required, we also use the Meta Pixel on our marketing pages and checkout to measure ad performance. We never send the health information you enter in the app to advertising partners.
