Refund Policy

30-Day Clarity Guarantee

We want the Longevity Clarity System to bring you real clarity. If it doesn't, we'll refund you.

How it works:

1. Complete the 10-Minute Quick Start and your Health Data Map in the workbook.
2. If the system doesn't bring you clarity, email us at info@clarityhealthhub.org within 30 days of your purchase, from the email used at checkout.
3. Include your order number and a short note about your experience.

We will issue a full refund of the $79 purchase price to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually 5–10 business days.

We also refund in full if the file was never delivered, if you were charged more than once for the same order, or where required by mandatory consumer law.

Effect on your access

A full refund ends the access granted by that order (the linked app account and the workbook licence). Other orders are not affected.

Subscriptions

Pro and Premium subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in the app; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid period stays active until its end date. Partial months are not refunded unless required by law.

The Longevity Clarity System and Clarity Health Hub are educational and organizational tools. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical interpretation.
