Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of The Longevity Clarity System, to The Longevity Clarity Workbook, and to the use of the Clarity Health Hub companion app. By purchasing or creating an account you accept these terms.

What you buy

The Longevity Clarity System is a one-time purchase of USD 79. It includes The Longevity Clarity Workbook, a guided fillable PDF delivered by email, and personal activation of the Free plan of the Clarity Health Hub app (5 lab markers, 7 days of wearable data, 5 supplements or medications, 1 active experiment, and 1 Doctor Discussion Brief per month). Pro (USD 9.99 per month) and Premium (USD 19.99 per month) are separate optional subscriptions inside the app.

Price and currency

The product is sold worldwide at a single price of USD 79. Your bank or card issuer may convert that amount into your local currency at their own rate; any conversion fee is set by them, not by us. No physical shipping is involved because the product is fully digital.

Delivery and digital content

Delivery is by email immediately after payment. Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by law. In addition, every purchase is covered by our 30-Day Clarity Guarantee described in the Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

Pro (USD 9.99/month) and Premium (USD 19.99/month) are optional subscriptions that renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Plan changes between Pro and Premium apply immediately, with a prorated charge or credit calculated by our payment provider.

Account and licence

Your activation link is personal and single use. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the workbook and the app for your own use. Reselling, sharing, redistributing or publishing the materials is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your credentials secure.

Medical disclaimer

The Longevity Clarity System and Clarity Health Hub are educational and organizational tools. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical interpretation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical decisions.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. A refund of an order also ends the access granted by that order.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory consumer law.
